As a monthly donor, you become a part of an honorable initiative to ensure that poor and displaced refugee families are well fed and are receiving the health care they need. Every day, you will bring hope, comfort, and support to the world’s most vulnerable.
For $100 a month, you can provide a family of seven with a customized food parcel that contains nutritious foods and is enough for one month. No one needs to go to bed hungry, but so many do. Bringing Warm Meals and Hope to Families in Gaza
United Hands Relief (UHR) has been on the ground in Gaza for years, supporting vulnerable families through ongoing humanitarian efforts. Since October 2023, we’ve expanded our response to provide daily hot meals for families enduring displacement and extreme hardship.
Thanks to your support, UHR now operates six community kitchens every day, serving warm, nutritious meals across northern, central, and southern Gaza. These kitchens have become a vital source of relief and comfort for families struggling with food insecurity.
Our kitchen sites are selected with safety and accessibility in mind, often located in schools, shelters, or temporary tents, with the goal to reach as many families as possible. The menus shift based on locally available ingredients, featuring comforting dishes such as beans, lentils, soups, rice, chicken, meat, freekeh, and bulgur. Each serving delivers more than food; it offers strength, stability, and hope. Our 6 kitchens produce 5,000 meals a day.
